We’d like to invite you to partner with us the week of Easter to help with the following activities which are especially great for families, church groups, and companies to do together:
EASTER
COMMUNITY MEAL: We will prepare and deliver food to roughly 1200
men, women, and children on Good Friday morning:
PRE-EVENT
FOOD PREP:
Will cut the hams and prepare the vegetables and desserts for cooking.
You can sign up for as much time as you would like on either of these days:
- Tuesday,
April 12, 2022, from 10 am to 2 pm
- Wednesday,
April 13, 2022, from 10 am to 2 pm
MEAL
DELIVERY DRIVERS:
Will deliver the meals to senior centers and homes in the Middle Georgia
area (typically takes about 1.5 - 2 hours):
- Friday,
April 15, 2022 - 8:00 am shift
- Friday, April 15, 2022
– 8:45 am shift
EVENT DAY
FOOD PREP:
Will put together the meal boxes to be delivered:
- Friday, April 15, 2022
– 7:00 am – 9:00 am
