Brevard Music Center - High School Institute

Brevard Music Center stands as one of America's premier summer training programs for musicians ages 14-29.

Each summer, over 450 elite students participate in a rigorous program of instruction and performance in the areas of orchestral studies, piano, composition, jazz, voice, and classical guitar. They work with our world-renowned guest artists and faculty, including 80+ teachers and performers from the most prestigious orchestras, conservatories, and music schools. In all, students, faculty, and visiting artists will present over 80 public concerts.

All programs are residential and take place on our 180-acre, wooded campus in Western North Carolina. Join us where classical music spends the summer!

CEFAM International Business School

CEFAM invites students completing their sophomore or junior years of high school to apply to our 9-day residential academic program. It is specially designed to give high-achieving students the opportunity to earn university credits while still in secondary school.

Selected students will complete one intensive university course and explore the city of Lyon with other students from around the world. Become a part of the community that CEFAM has to offer within the rich culture of Lyon. Students will spend their mornings in class, and afternoons in cultural activities around the city, including Bastille Day Festivities. Students will stay with a host family, integrating them fully into the French experience.

In addition to visiting Lyon’s most famous attractions and earning university credit, you will undergo professional development put on by CEFAM’s Head of Corporate Relations. CEFAM’s Secondary Collegiate week includes automatic acceptance into our dual degree program post-graduation.
