GA Tech Campus Tours

Prospective First-Year Students

We have many virtual and limited in-person tour options for high school students to learn more about Georgia Tech. Our hope is that the variety of virtual and in-person programming will help you learn everything you need to know about Georgia Tech and the college admission process.

As always, demonstrated interest is NOT part of our admission process. These visits are for you, to help you begin to consider whether Tech is the right college fit for you!

  1. First-Year Information Sessions
These one-hour information sessions presented by an admission counselor will highlight the many opportunities available at Georgia Tech and the application requirements for first-year admission.

  2. Campus Tours
Georgia Tech Tour Guides are ready to show you campus virtually and in-person. This will be your chance to hear from a current student and ask any questions that you might have for them.

  3. Academic and Campus Department Sessions
Many Academic and Campus departments are offering virtual and limited in-person information sessions to learn more about Georgia Tech. This is your chance to learn more about academic programs and campus resources that you might be interested in.

On Campus Self-Guided Tour Information

If you choose to visit campus on your own, it is important that you continue to follow guidelines recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). At this time, individuals who are vaccinated do not have to wear a face covering while on campus. Individuals who are not vaccinated are strongly encouraged to wear a face covering while on a campus tour or inside campus facilities.
